Cynthia Eileen Winston-Proctor Ph.D.

Narrative Personality Psychologist

Everybody has a story.  And I am curious about individuals' inner story of self. Psychologists think about this inner story of self as an internalized and evolving narrative of self that provides a person with a sense of identity, unity, purpose, and well-being. I work with individuals and organizations who want to promote success and well-being through tools I have created that cultivate a mindset of emotional calm and psychological fulfillment by the end of every day.
